CEO/Lead Underwriter
Harold Jones (MSc Fin, ACIS, BBA) is a senior financial executive and governance specialist with over 25 years of experience in corporate lending, project finance, and strategic investment management across the Caribbean. He has held senior leadership roles including Director of Tourism Investments at Barbados Tourism Investment Inc., Commercial Loans Manager at FirstBank Puerto Rico (BVI Division), and Head of Credit / Chief Project Officer at the National Bank of the Virgin Islands.
His experience includes structuring high-value commercial transactions, most recently a $32M USD financing for the Sam Lord’s Castle Wyndham Hotel, and supporting project delivery on a $200M USD FIDIC Silver Book contract in collaboration with COMPLANT of China. Harold’s expertise spans AI-integrated financial modeling, ERM governance frameworks, multilateral development finance, and infrastructure procurement. He holds BVI FSC Senior Manager licensure and is fluent in Spanish, with working knowledge of French.

Willis Todman is a senior real estate development and construction executive with over 20 years of experience leading residential property development, architectural oversight, and large-scale construction projects in the British Virgin Islands. He has held senior leadership roles as Managing Director of Deccon International Ltd. and General Manager of Ace Properties Ltd., where he oversees the full lifecycle of housing developments—from acquisition and design through construction and sale.
Mr. Todman brings deep expertise in architectural supervision, construction management, and operational leadership, ensuring projects are delivered with precision, quality, and efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Science with a concentration in Architecture and is recognized for his hands-on leadership style, adaptability, and commitment to design integrity and project excellence.

Her background spans supply chain, logistics, finance, telecommunications, e-commerce, and retail, where she has consistently delivered operational improvements through data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
She has held leadership roles including Project Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Solutions Engineer, leading cross-functional teams and managing high-impact initiatives that strengthen efficiency, execution, and business performance.
Denise holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management Information Systems. She brings a disciplined approach to aligning business strategy with operations through intelligent automation, analytics, and technology-driven decision-making.
